Winning on the road in the Big Ten is never an easy task, this year in particular road wins are tough to come by. Rutgers is playing as well as they ever have since oddly joining the Big Ten. But Minnesota likely needs a win or two on the road for the Tournament.

Keep riding the Oturu shoulders, let Carr be Carr and hope Gabe finds his range. We played Purdue and MSU tough on the road, but time to come out with a W.

GET 'ER DONE PITINO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the Gophers will win at least a couple road games against teams not named Nebraska and Northwestern. The tough non-conference slate got the team mentally caged in early on and Marcus Carr is mentally strong as well which is great for the PG and one of the leaders of the team.

We played Purdue real strong on the road and the game at Michigan State had some encouraging moments. Hopefully the Gophers can break the seal on road wins tomorrow at the RAC!

Strong defense, balanced scoring, and a sold out RAC. Not your daddy's Scarlet Knights.

Best defensive game of the year wins this for the Gophers

Get Freeman in the game once Rutgers gets into the bonus and play "hack-a-Myles-Johnson." 14-38 from the FT line this year ?

Guard Yeboah at the 3 pt line (39%). Other shooters are not good.

Have somebody in Geo Baker's mug all game. He's healthy and played really well against Indiana, including a huge dunk over the entire defense that allowed them to pull away from the Hoosiers in the second half.

Huge opportunity to get a quality road win today, who would think we'd say that about Rutgers? It would be nice to see Kalscheur get his confidence back from 3 today.

gophs will be underdogs next 4 games...5.5 pt dog here

Gabe coming out firing. I love the confidence, and love to see them falling.

Well this is a nice shooting start from Willis and Kalscheur!!!

Need this out of Gabe. Totally different team when Carr and Oturu don't have to carry the entire load.

That right there is why you don't bench gabe after a rough stretch. Good shooters shoot themselves out of rough patches, and his shots are looking SO nice today.

Good they're hitting shots early because that crowd seemed pretty nuts. Gotta keep keeping them outta the game.
