Week 1 Other Games Thread

Unbelievable, had been watching WVU vs VT, but then my twitter started blowing up. Wild comeback.
 






What a comeback. Amazing game. Two pretty good games to cap the Sunday, Virginia Tech vs WVU was pretty entertaining, too.
 



Reminds of a few years ago Oregon leading a totally disinterested TCU 31-0 at the half and TCU winning 47-41.
 




Third favorite team in Georgia Tech (love the triple-option) is making Tennessee look bad.
 

Tennessee fought back to tie 28-28. GT had a field goal blocked as time expired. Now in overtime, GT knocking on the door.
 

Game over, GT tries to punch in a 2 point conversion in double OT for the win and get stuffed. Another exciting win. Week 1 was great.
 



Couple of tough breaks for Maryland:

In addition:

Also ranking 3rd last year in the nation with 14 TFL and 9 sacks Senior Defensive end Jessie Aniebonam out with fractured Ankle. Pretty much the entirety of their pass rush.

Thanks for sharing. Curious about their linebacker or safety that had to be carted off in the second half. It was a scary looking injury.

In concussion protocol and tweeted out Saturday night that he "was fine". I'll wait for the official word, but sounds like he is most likely OK.
