There’s no chance Chadwell and staff would ever come to Minnesota, but why can’t we run this style (ground and pound Triple Option) offense at Minnesota?

Triple option works provided the opposing defense is undisciplined, but if they’re not it’s over.

Georgia Tech ran it and you could see early on in a game if they were going to win or no chance. It’s kinda a deal with the devil.
They don’t run a true Triple Option. It’s a more modern offense with different tempos and a varied run attack. Lots of motions and personnel groups. Plenty of quick passing game and RPO’s

It’s the opposite of the Gopher offense

If it's the same as he ran at Coastal, that was such a fun team to watch.

This awesome offense you talk about has 7 points against NMSU. What's so great about that?

Have watched Liberty 3-4 times this year. Good team, but if they ever run into a group of official that actually call offensive holding it will be a long, long game for them.

If I am Fleck and I seeing if the Liberty Offensive coordinator/QB coach Willy Korn and QB Kaidon Salter might want to seek transfering to the U

Even Jerry's NMSU running offense looks pretty good. Lot's of motion, lead blockers, traps and fakes. It might not work as well with the beast DLs at the Power 5 level, but it's pretty fun here.
It worked against the u with Chad Spann and our Tim Brewster defense (it was common to dbs look for the sideline with palms and shoulders up). Worst I ever saw.

You coach what you know is the simple answer. No one on the Gopher staff has any idea how to instill-Coach a true triple option offense.

3rd string freshmen QB comes in and lets it rip deep.

Didn’t the gophers score 38 in 3 quarters against this vaunted aggies D?

New Mexico State's freshman backup QB looks much better than AK ever did

Jerry Kill runs 5WR nowadays once he got out of the culture of the Big Ten West
