They call the penalty anyway. Flopping achieves nothing.

My point is I hate seeing kids automatically get penalized when nothing bad really happens. Not worth talking about.

That sounds like a dumb rule. So the definition of a catch changes whether you are facing out of bounds or in bounds?
 


Per rules...Any part of the foot out of bounds = incomplete. Although his toe was inbounds, his heel was not
 

That third down was a new look that I don't think we've ever seen from Rossi.
 




Tanner is throwing on the sidelines and stretching because all they let him do is hand off
