I can't wait any longer. Time to start the game day thread!! I have a feeling we have a bit of offensive chicanery that we'll be pulling out tonight in the quest for 9 wins! Keep the turnovers in check, convert on 3rd down and get off the field when our D has 3rd and long. Let's get after it!!!!!
 

It's both an exciting day and sad day for me. Can't wait for the game, yet know it marks the end of the season.

But, to get everyone excited, enjoy Tommy Olson's dancing skills from the festivities this week. Excellent work.

Watching that video I kind of feel like the word skills in your description probably should have been in quotes because I can't decide if that was impressive or horrifying.

Right with you though on it being exciting because it is gameday but a little sad knowing the long layoff is ahead starting tomorrow.

As for the game tonight I just hope the team takes care of business, this is a game we should win against a very average team in Syracuse. Not that I expect to see a route but hoping it is a comfortable victory and not a last second thriller.

What's it look like tonight....white helmet, maroon jerseys, white pants?
 


I'll be interested to see whether we put them down right off the bat........or let them keep within a couple scores by playing at 75% speed.
 

Feel for me. Apparently the two evening ESPN games tonight are the only bowl games I am not getting. FML.
 





It's also going to stream through ESPN3 if you have that available.

We don't get ESPN in Canada. Instead, different channels pick up games. Unfortunately the NHL has been off and everyone returns tonight. Additionally, the word junior hockey championships are on as well as the Spengler cup. it is all hockey on Winnipeg tv tonight. The only game we get today is the military bowl.

Will these links work once the game is over? i have a family thing tonight and was hoping to watch with friends tomorrow. Lame i know, but it is pretty easy to avoid the score in Winnipeg.
 



Do they stagger start times? Is kickoff at 5 no matter what, or do they wait until Maryland and Marshall are done.

Start time won't change. If they have them available they may show the beginning of the game on ESPN 2 or ESPN U assuming there is some overlap. Not sure what is scheduled on those other channels.

I thought the uniforms for the Penn St. game were the worst possible, but we have a new leader in the clubhouse.
 


Wow...every preview to the Texas Bowl during the Military game is all shots of Syracuse. Is the Gopher program really that low profile nationally that ESPN is using the Orange to keep viewers interested? Not to be a Debbie Downer but it seems like the Gophers could win the National Championship and nobody would care. Go Gophs! Give'em all a big shat burger.
 

The Syracuse win over Maryland isnt looking too impressive right now.
