Didn't Indiana only have 1 game cancelled? I don't think a win against Purdue would have moved the needle at all for Indiana. Oddly enough, had Cinci or Coastal beat Purdue, it would be THE feather in their cap as proof they deserve a shot.
If you're talking about from the beginning of the season, the only teams they didn't play that they would have (if no COVID) are Western Kentucky, Ball State, UCONN, Purdue and the Gophers. Ball State would have been a nice win. The Gophers would have been a decent win. But I don't think it would have been enough to get them to be ranked higher than a 1 loss Texas A&M, 1 loss Notre Dame, or potentially Cinci. Cinci would have had to have won in Nebraska.
