Laettner wouldn't last that long in todays NBA.

I think Laettner is a better fit for today's NBA. I'm assuming his range would have increased out to the 3 PT line (he was a good shooter).

Big guys who can shoot are a hot commodity.

I was more referring to the possibility some other big name schools have to bow out and they just cancel the tournament... again.

No one's bowed out yet except Duke who wasn't making it anyway.

If the same thing happens to Gonzaga in the tournament do they forfeit and get a loss or is it just a non-game and they go undefeated but don't win the championship?
