$25 mil over 5 years? Dang. That means we're paying Mullen probably $2.5 mil/year, and paying top dollar for the rest of the staff. That's huge money. But, totally worth it IMO. Mullen is #1 realistic candidate for me.

I agree. Unless Harbaugh is still possible somehow, I would be extremely happy with Mullen. If that's true, we're talking a top dollar head coach AND a top dollar staff. I'm glad that's part of the negotiation frankly, as I always felt Mason was hamstrung by a low budget for assistants (not the only factor in his demise, but one worthy of noting).
