wins the B1G season or the conference tournament but makes the NCAAs every year and NEVER makes it to the Elite 8?

This coach's floor would be an average non-conference record and a regular season that is between 10 and 14 wins every year.

Would this make you happy? Is this really that hard to do?
 

The people i sit with and talk to are sick of never even sniffing the top of the conference, never finishing above UW. We do those things then tournament runs happen because year after year your really good.
