You could upgrade facilities here by expanding to university avenue. I believe you could have 360 degree access with minor updates to the Pavillion. Seat backs were added without thought for the legroom. I’m 6’ tall and it’s painful in those seats. People won’t like this, but it should go back to bench seats with an upgrade to seat backs like TCF. A 2 story addition on University to upgrade facilities and maybe lower level locker facilities. Maybe $30 mil in Improvements should do it.
