Where's the pressure?

You have got to be kidding me - is this a pressure vs pressing thread now?
 

The Gophers neither lead the Big Ten in steals nor are they tops in forcing turnovers.

In all games played they do. If you're looking at Big Ten games only, then you're right. They are .1 steals a game behind Ohio St. Either way, my point was made. It's tough to be good at stealing the ball without pressure on the opposing offense.

if you think the Gophers play what a reasonable person would call "pressure defense", then we're just going to disagree on that.

Interesting.. we have a thread where people are debating whether Minnesota plays pressure defense... and the next game, Minnesota gets one steal (thanks to Eliason of all people).
