Long timer lurker, first time poster here. I sent the following text (I guess I have a thing for long texts) to a friend I'll be going to the game with:

Here are the reasons I think we have a chance to win on Saturday:
1. Offensive line has improved every game. It seems to me Faalele hasn't been playing as much which is good since Andries is more mobile. The unit is jelling
2. Nobody wants to play in MN conditions in November (Urban Meyer said something like "nobody wants to schedule a November game there")
3. If it's within a score in the last few minutes, I feel great about our chances. This team has learned so much from comebacks @Fresno and vs GSU. I think the defense can keep em close enough
4. PSU starting interior DLineman suspended. Yeah they have a guy as good or better filling in, but it hurts their depth
5. I haven't seen much PSU this year but against Iowa and Michigan the games were close and those teams had chances

I guess I'll buy into my hype and say Gophers 28-24.
