The Gophers added a veteran quarterback before spring practice, kind of. Adam Weber has returned as a graduate assistant, ready to make a new name in his football career as a coach.
He is back to here. Here for Adam Weber was on a football field at Mounds View High School, where he was the man and the leader. At the University of Minnesota, he was the man and the leader. He started every game for four years.
In so doing, he also found out he loved the game enough he wanted to one day coach it.
“It’s always kind of been there, always kind of been in the back of my mind and for so long I’ve been pursuing playing the sport that it took me a little while to actually think about or contemplate what it would be to be a coach,” Weber said.
