For your information his other son who was an assistant here used to be an assistant coach in Tennessee Tech. The head coach had some illness so he was an acting head coach for one season. You can find out how well he did that year. People really loved him. His head coaching experience is as much as Richard's but I think Richard will be a much better coach.
