Trouble at Miami Central?

This is going on all over the country (heck, correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think any of Hopkins starting 5 on their championship basketball team a few years ago was actually a Hopkins resident). With greater application of open enrollment nationally and the freeing up of kids in inner city schools that don't meet AYP requirements under NCLB, there's a ton of mobility and there are instances where schools--while not overtly recruiting--certainly don't mind if a few highly-touted athletes suddenly show up at their school. Seems the problem here is a bit more complex, but this trend is going to have an continuing (and I think growing) effect on high school sports.
