I have no Clue where Speedo guy is. My Guess is he is in the pool.

Clearly, we need to balance this out. The Big Ten should require our opponents to shoot their free throws from the 3-point line, and Illinois' opponents should be able to shoot layups for theirs!
 

Just shoot all from the line...we get 1 for each miss, 2 for a make. IL gets 0 for miss, 1 for a make.
