Go Gophers!!

Why is Holmgren a center and Thompson a forward, I know it's semantics but is it just labeling a player or is it really projecting collegiate position.

Go Gophers!!

Besides maybe offering Aligbe late and of course not offering Tschetter yet. Pitino and staff have offered and been on these guys early. At least that excuse will be gone.

Go Gophers!!

Sounds like Chase Carter will also have a shot at getting a football offer from the Gophers.

Where’s the King kid from Caledonia?

Fuller sure knows how to get the locals obsessing over the homegrown kids - cover them as much as the actual college team.

Eli King. Isn't he gonna be a football guy? Already has a Notre Dame offer
Athletically he is a high major basketball player. At 6-2 he plays above the rim and has great instincts. Probably could be a little more consistent in shooting the ball but he has two more years of high school .

He has a way to go as a high d1 basketball guy. Loads of athletic ability but it takes more than that. What does he want to do because for the next year his football offers will far exceed his basketball offers. Their are guys that pick the one they love more.

I can think of another high school football player that was a great athlete and a very good basketball player that didn't sniff many high major basketball offers, doesn't mean he will get or deserve a basketball offer, and I doubt he is as athletic as Johnson.

Eli King would help Gopher hoops. Absolutely.

Carter will play football.

Would take anyone on that list besides Carter.

Yea, athleticism not lacking with the lad.

What about Hercy Miller? And I see Willie Wilson has an offer from Florida, is he on the gophers radar?

He's the third rated football player in his class in 24/7's ratings - NE & Iowa have already offered per 24/7

Feel like he is better suited for football. Im still trying to figure out the love for Carter except being a legacy recruit and teammate of some really talented kids. From a basketball standpoint he doesn’t have anything he does well and he is extremely lazy

He doesn't get many minutes either.
Demarion looks to be the better of the two
