That's a lot of reasons (and a lot of problems).
I don't think the starting five can physically compete with most quality teams. Gabe and Willis are similar players and neither can be remotely considered a small forward. We are also outgunned at the PF position with Demir and Omersa. Few second chance points; few free throws; challenges with defensive rebounding, etc etc.

The 6'8" kid on the bench needs to play, raw or not.
