Here are statistics of Gophers in four games. Drake was an overtime game.

For starters, we know this team wants to play defense well. The season started with that priority. We know perimeter shooting is important to the team. After that acclimation, Coach P talked about starting to work on motion offense. They also want to be empowered to make plays, which can vary, and make them while helping others as a team to get in position to make them.

The five starters are 1 junior, 3 sophomores, and 1 freshman. The coaching system is new.

Gap: "What they want to be" and "where they are at now."

So as I look at future Big Ten opponents, above is my baseline understanding of Gophers for my use. It looks like 3-shooting has varied. Moving off ball will take a while.

I'll probably post player stats for these games but ran out of time here.
