Ron Zook had a dream Friday night....

He dreamed that in the first half, the Gophers would throw on first down, over and over again. He also dreamed that they would throw the play-action bomb over and over again on second and third down. This dream made him happy because he knew that coming into the game, Illinois had the worst rushing defense in the Big Ten.

Then he woke up and came to the Bank and it all came true. He couldn't believe it, and neither can I.

I agree. Terrible game plan in the first half. Then we come out in the second half and run it down their throats on that first drive, until we get to the 1 foot line. This was a terrible loss, as bad a loss at a critical time as we ever had at the dome. I am beyond frustrated.
