Per Luke:

5. Mohamed Ibrahim, RB, Minnesota

Ibrahim has returned from his injury looking as strong as ever.

After missing all but the opener in 2021, Ibrahim has picked up where he left off, opening this season with 2 100-yard games to extend his streak to 11. Against overmatched Western Illinois, he ran for 130 yards and 2 more TDs, giving him 4 this year and 22 over his past 11 outings.

PJ Fleck will take 2 TDs per game and everything else the 5-10, 210-pound 6th-year senior can give before he heads off to the NFL.

Go Gophers!!

It's tough for a defensive back to make these lists. The good ones are avoided and don't get as many chances to make plays. I'm looking at you, Mr. Walley.

With MSU LB Jacoby Windmon at 2nd leading the nation in sacks, it'll be a hard test for either tackle.

How about Evan Hull at #1! Not bad for a local boy who received only 2 P5 offers (Northwestern and Kansas State) and was rated only #1,258 nationally by 247. He must have been a great student. In addition to his NW offer, he was offered by every Ivy League school except Harvard.
