PSU Football Story-Victory Bell

Just saw the latest PSU Football Story program on the BTN. They covered their game with Eastern Illinois. One of the segments related to the trophy's in their possession. They showed the Victory Bell and the players stated that they have never lost a battle for the Victory Bell. Totally uninformed. Maybe Brewster can use their lack of respect as bulletin board material.

With the exception of a fifth-year senior, the players currently on Penn State's team have never lost a Victory Bell game. The Gophers got steamrolled in the "Brandon Owens game" in 2005, the refs handed JoePa a gift in 2006, and we didn't play the last two years.

To be fair, none of the current Nittany Lions have lost to Minnesota. This year's redshirt seniors beat Minnesota in 2005, 2006 then of course the teams didn't play the last two years.
