That's what a soft "commit" is though, essentially. Anything less than a hard commit shouldn't really be looked on as anything more than looking around.

I don't think of Davidson as a Minnesota kid. He will only be here for his Sr. year at E.P. It would be nice to get him, but as to locking down the borders this guy does not fit the bill. McDonald, Johnson and Pirsig are the keys to this years in state class. With Hayes #5, Leidner #8 and Nelson # 6 comitted it could be a very good in state year.
