I haven't read rants that penalties lost the game...the venting has been mostly about "F" level coaching and execution.

If penalties are similarly reduced over the next two games, maybe Brew has fixed the problem with some intensive coaching.

Agreed...but I can't imagine many W's with a 17 p/gm stat...perhaps some kind of parallel fb universe.
