Nov. 25 will be recommended start date

Anybody know if that means all games scheduled before then will be canceled? rescheduled?

Would imagine it will be a combination of both. I’d guess they’ll find a way to play the tourney with UCF, Marquette, and Rhode Island.

This is NCAA oversight committee, correct? Has the B1G made any statements about following their guidelines? Or are we only assuming at this point they’ll be playing at the same time as others?

Mind you, Nov 25 could be the first day of official team practices/activities? So maybe games wouldn't be for some time after that anyway?

Unless Big Ten says otherwise, assumption is they'll be using NCAA Oversight Committee date. Only fall sports were canceled/"postponed", so at this point no indication winter sports aren't a go.

Official word on season start date comes today. Division I Council is meeting from 12-4 CT.

Reports indicate there has been a late push for the original season start date (Nov. 10).

Well, seems like the prevailing attitude at this moment is "as long as we have smart plans in place, and are testing the crap out of players .... just let the season go on. If games have to be postponed or cancelled, it is what it is."
