A particularly vocal set of Michigan fans in the top of 212 kept yelling "Boiler-Up" and "Go Purdue" over most of the game.

As best I could tell that was being thrown at the Gophers.

Did anyone else pick up on that at other locations? I think that it was an insult.

I do note that it stopped in the 4th Quarter.

Considering we already thumped Purdue earlier, my guess is that they were happy to see them thumping Nebraska.
 

I used to yell "Beat the Sioux" when we played NDSU, but not sure how the same reasoning would work here?

I am guessing the point is that there is no difference between Minnesota and Purdue in football as far as Michigan fans are concerned.
