When they came back from commercial after the Vikings TD you could hear the crowd cheering M-I-N-N-E-S-O-T-A yeah Vikings. I thought it was kinda cool.

At the end of that TV timeout there was a PA to thank the U and then they played a short clip of the rouser.

So they probably did say Gophers at the end. I just figured they said Vikings. Very nice thing they did.
