Also has Gophers as a #10 seed playing Utah in Kansas City.

Both Lunardi & Palm have 8 Big Ten teams "in" as of today. I don't think that'll end up happening (6-7 more likely), but wouldn't it be a hoot to hear all the talking heads & coaches from the ACC & Big East whine about it?

Michigan & Penn State two of Lunardi's "last 4 in." He has two Big Ten teams coming to Minneapolis, Michigan State & Penn State.

As in-tune as these two guys are to the selection process, they've almost (but not quite) got me convinced 2 more regular-season wins will keep the Gophers in decent shape, especially if at least one of the wins is Wisconsin or Michigan. Still of the very firm belief that 3 more regular-season wins & the Gophers are lock city, no questions asked. Less than that. ... dicey.

That would be about as good of a draw as a 10-seed Gopher team could hope for. Sure, Utah could win the game, but KC is close, and we're not going against a team that will "out-athlete" us like Texas or Syracuse would if they were opposite a 10-seed, which they could be.

That's more attractive than an 8 vs. 9 matchup.

Guess that's what happens when half the league is on the bubble. All leaning toward the good side as of now.
