Local Music That You Like

Not sure exactly what "local" means, as people on these threads are from everywhere. Just wanted a thread on bands that you'd never randomly hear on a playlist, or if you still listen to radio, on a broadcast. I'll give you one. Here's a band out of Lakeville called "Coyote Kid" (previously known as "Marah and the Mainsail") that about a year ago came out with a concept album (all their albums are stories) about this wild idea of a virus hitting the world and wiping out most of the population, and what the survivors were doing to survive. I know, crazy idea, like there'd ever be some virus like that, but it made for a good story. Here's their video of the "virus" prowling the streets, which includes a lot of scenes from MPLS, The "Skeleton Man".
