So way back in 2021 Lincoln Riley tweeted a photo of a brisket he made and it looked ... uh ... not great and he got a lot of flack for it.

Definitely tuna. Probably should have went with a little lower heat lol. For the record, the 2nd one is still edible IMO. That brisket was brutal.

This is a reminder that coaches are no better than most of us at most things other than leading a football team, and are likely worse at a lot of things than your random neighbor.

The combination of a demanding, travel intensive job and being able to pay others to do stuff for you doesn't make for a lot of Renaissance Men.

Yes. Regarding the brisket, he should have used a TEXAS crutch. Maybe as a former Sooners coach, he was affraid that it would get out?

Took me a minute to realize it was tuna. More oil and cutting it into smaller pieces before cooking would probably have given him a prettier result.
