KFAN: Warmath, Bierman ranked 4th, 5th all-time in MN coaching history

That list makes minnesota sports seem real pathetic. No depth at all.

John Williams, possibly the most dominant coach in college football history, the man who the first AP National Championship trophy was named after not even on the list???

Football genius.

Brooks should be #1. What he did in 1980 will never be matched.

Doc Williams should be in there - nearly an 80% winner who revolutionized the game and has a legit claim to the national championship in 1904, according to a couple of football historians. He coached Bierman and Bierman should be ahead of Warmath.

Lets be honest here KFAN didn't exactly do extensive research here.

No mention of Hamline basketball, not sure there has been a more successfull sports program in Minnesota than Hamline was.

Well considering it is D3 and it was like 40 years ago I am not at all surprised it was left off the list. But you are correct, Hamline basketball was a powerhouse years ago...as was Augsburg wrestling (they might still be)

Augsburg wrestling is still a power.
