Is it right to say this is on KARE 11?....implies broadcast television to me.

Media is constantly changing how it is aired and consumed, so maybe it is KARE-11?

You're thinking too hard. They can have a TV broadcast, website, etc all under the umbrella of Kare-11. Just like I can go to the actual Walmart store, or I can buy from their website, either way, I'm still shopping at Walmart, just like this content is stemming from Kare11.

That being said, I have no clue who Brian Williams is. Must be a former player from the '90s or '80s and won a Super Bowl with the big tuna?
