Now with two divisions in the BIG, I assume there will be divisional champions. If so will they only count divisional games, or be more like MLB and count all BIG games to determine the champ?

They count all games - at least that's how all the other conferences do it, and I'd be shocked if we somehow didn't. See the standings here: http://espn.go.com/college-football/standings
Look at the conference records, they're all for 8 games, with only 5 other teams in each team's division.
I don't know what the tie-breakers are, but maybe divisional record would be the first tie-breaker in a 3-way tie? Anybody have a link to the tie-breakers? Or maybe the B1G hasn't officially published it yet.
BTW, this should help the Gophers in years we don't play OSU & PSU (like the next 2), if we have a good enough team where we're contending for a divisional title.
