Sure it will be a gameday decision as always. If the weather is crappy they move inside, if it isn't they stay outside.

Maybe a little but we still don't know what happened with him. That said, the fact that he is with the team and taking part in the non-contact portion of practice makes me think he will be ready to go by camp.
