No reason for Youngblood to be negative
Texas Tech would have jumped all over the Gophers, plus Tempe is a great winter visit and we have a long association with Iowa State, a program not unlike ours at present. Should be a good game and we have a chance to end the season with a win.

A win is very important for recruiting, fan support, Brewster, etc. A loss to a team most look down upon (rightfully or not), could be pretty detrimental, considering next years schedule is going to be very tough again. I agree Texas Tech would stomp us, but hopefully soon we get a marquee match-up again.
