So the saga of Gopher hoops continues!!

Can the Gophers use the PU victory as a springboard to earn their first road W in who knows how long?
Has Gabe found his touch and confidence?
Can RP somehow figure out how to matchup the D against the undersized and athletic Terps?
Will Mash continue to earn more minutes and improve?
Who will guard Ayala? If Carr, will he be more effective?
Will Robbins have the look in his eye and motivation to establish himself as a dominant force ala Michigan game?
Can Johnson continue his blue collar style and continue on the path to be the best overall Gopher player?
Will Gach finally figure out that this is BIG boys basketball and how he can fit?

OK, your turn.

This is quietly a very important game for the Gophers. The next 3 go: @Maryland, @ Indiana, Illinois. Indiana is absolutely going to be in a must win spot against the Gophers and that could shape up to be the toughest of the 3 just because of what is on the line for them. Illinois likely will still be in the mix for the B1G title and embarrassed the Gophers in their first matchup (though we've seen that doesn't mean much with the Gophers home/road difference this year). The difference between 1-2 in this stretch and 2-1 could be being comfortably in the tournament and right on the bubble. Losing to Maryland though opens up the real possiblity of a 3 game losing streak. Turgeon has really had his way with Pitino winning the last 5 matchups (3 in the Barn) with Pitino's last win coming in his best season of 2016-17 in a road game to cap off (I think) the 8 game winning streak. Maryland has been even more up and down than the Gophers this year. Hopefully they get the down version tomorrow or play one of their better games of the year.
