According to ESPN's game matchup, Gophers are -35. Not sure how a 15 point win against a team (which was a push on -15 spread) changes a line so dramatically. What's up with that?

I would put a whole lot of money on LMU to cover the 35. Insane.

***Update: ESPN error in displayed line. Now corrected showing -14 for Minnesota***

How many points would they give to Illinois or Michigan State?

I'm looking forward to watching "Sho'nuff" (mullet man) play one more time.

From an actual sportsbook:

What sportsbook? I just checked VegasInsider and they don't have a line out yet. It's probably an error with Espn's end. I've never seen them be that far off before. Does ESPN set their own line? or do they pull from somewhere else?

Oddsshark.com covers the lines of about 8 online sports books. The first lines for men's college basketball are usually posted early afternoon the day before a game. The early lines were Gophers -15, with the consensus this evening at -14.5.

Betonline and fanduel sportsbook both have it at 14.5

If it were real .... could I bring myself to make free money off of the fact that the Gophers will win, and should win by a decent, but not an absurd, margin? I think I could ...

Before he even got into the game I spotted him on the bench and labeled him, "Soul Glo".

Regrettably (maybe? I'm not sure?), it's more of a glorious mane than a curl.

Absolutely. And go further. Drying your tears with the money you won betting against them is a MN sports fan right of passage.
