Four former Gophers have recently opened up PreSnap Footall Academy where they will work with athletes of all age and skill levels. GopherHole recently spoke with two of them - Mark Smith and Rickey Foggie.

Great stuff! I've always thought Ricky Foggie was one of the unsung heroes of the Dome era. He holds one of the most important records in Minnesota history: 3-0 against Wisconsin.

foggie's comment on gray

is pretty funny. i'd say if weber or gray make as big of an impact on the gophs as foggie, we'll be in good shape

GH: You attended the Spring Game back in April – will MarQueis Gray be better than you?

RF: No, ha! It’s a different era. I ran the ball more and they’ll probably throw more, but he sure is an athlete. He can move and he can throw the ball. Adam will still have great success over there and MarQueis will have a great complement to him over the next few years. Adam won’t let the starting spot go and he’ll work very hard to keep it. Both kids will work hard and that will benefit everyone. Adam has a great rapport with Decker and that’s a good thing.
