Great news, but if the story is as how it reads there appears to be a minor recruiting violation from the staff on this and its in the article. ***Contact off campus is not allowed as a sophomore.*** I hope that was not the case and it done on campus.

It was an off campus visit with his older brother Ed, the contact with Tom is permitted as coaches are allowed to talk to the players family on an off campus visit.
