Deion is going to be very, very successful at Jackson State. He's done very well so far. There's more than a little PJ Fleck in him.

The big question is if he will be able to hang when he gets a job like Florida State. The sheer force of his personality can bring enough talent to JSU to start whipping their FCS competition. When he's going up against other famous guys with more coaching experience, that's when the fun starts. I wouldn't count him out, and do think he gets the big time shot sooner than people think.

That's if he wants it. He's already got all the money and fame he should ever need. Maybe he's happy mentoring and putting a HBCU on the map.
