Tom Dienhart did a live chat today on Rivals.com, and he had this to say when asked about the Minnesota coaching job:

"I have been told Hoke has pulled out. Also told Al Golden and Randy Edsall have interviewed. This could be settled by this time next week. Maturi has said he wanted a proven head coach who has won. it could come down to Golden or Edsall."

Kill also fits that description. Very little buzz about him. Is his bout with cancer a few years ago an issue? He has one of the best records of all the B candidates.

I would imagine so. Especially after what happened to Randy Walker and Terry Hoeppner.
