Allows ticket holders to return season tickets they won't use for a given game and get credit towards future season ticket renewals. Obviously the school then gets to sell those tickets again.

Previously this was only available to hockey ticket holders. Now it covers all sports.

If it is a frictionless process... this seems like a good deal for anyone discovering they can't make the game.
