Jerry kill is an incredible human being, he really is. I'm one of the fortunate people in this world who can call him a coach and friend. In a position of power at a major university, he never once strayed from who he is.
I was lucky enough to grow up with the best of both worlds - I had an incredible father who was also a football coach.
Growing up in that environment taught me so much, and if I could say one thing to coach kill it would be this:
A great coach is like a father. They never retire, because the impact they have on the lives of those they have taught is profound, and it is unending. Thank you for being my coach.
