Unfortunately, salaries change frequently. Seems like coaches either get fired or get a raise. For example, Kelly actually made over $1.8M in 2009. His currently contract specifies if he wins nine games this year his base salary jumps to $2.3M (supposedly, his base salary in 2009 was $1.25M).
