Well Written article describing the walk on program that exists at U of W and how it has helped Wisconsin become the program it is today.

It sounds just like what Coach Kill wants to do at the U of MN. If he creates a similar culture or one anything like this, then special things can happen.

It's a good read and it speaks a bit to what people had been talking about in one of the recruiting threads. Minnesota isn't going to step up in scope by simply out-recruiting everyone else and getting better talent in Dinkytown. It's not that simple. They need overachievers to slip through the cracks of the recruiting services, players who can contribute on a big-time level once they progress for a couple of years.

Mike Leach never dominated the Rivals rankings at Texas Tech.
