Two independent sources have said Fleck expected to be named Gophers coach.

Go Gophers!!

There's some tweets saying it's not a done deal yet, but who knows at this point.

Exactly, Fleck has named his terms, no one has said that Coyle has agreed to them, things could change quickly, but it's a big contract to swallow.

It's nothing for any of us to swallow. Boosters are covering the vast majority of the costs associated with the coaching change. People should be embracing this hire! We got a legit coach that everyone wants!!!!!

Oh. Please provide a breakdown.

I don't have a breakdown as you well know. Like I posted a few days ago, Kaler and Coyle got the financial backing from a group of boosters to make the move. The U certainly doesn't have the funds to cover all this. I'm sure something about the financial breakdown will come out within a few days as people start raising concerns about where the money source is.

The U's budget is enormous and fungible. If they have the will to cover it I'm not sure... but that doesn't mean boosters are covering the majority.

Ummm, this sounds pretty made up. if there are some deep pocket booster willing to dish out, I'm thinking they would have aimed a little higher than PJ.

Believe what you want but Fleck is your new coach. Oh, and he was #1 on both Oregon and Purdue's list by all accounts. But Oregon is well beneath the Gophers in stature I'm sure. And read up on the reason that didn't work out before you hammer me. It has nothing to do with a lack of Phil Knight's money either.

What can two snakes lure in to their nest and how long can the victim last if the snakes stick around?

Too funny. Just confirmed yourself are trolling or completely uniformed.

Can these Boosters get me a job?

Pretty vague statement, so please enlighten me as to how I am uninformed......

It's widely known and reported that neither Purdue or Oregon pursued him. In fact he was not really pursued as a viable candidate for any of the most recent FBS open HC positions.

Consider yourself "enlightened".

Purdue didn't pursue him because they knew he didn't want the job. The Fleck's didn't want to live in West Lafayette.

I don't remember seeing that reported...do you have a source?
