Go Gophers!!
Joe C just sent and quickly deleted a tweet saying that he's hearing the Gophers will be in primetime for TCU, Michigan, and at Ohio State as well. That would be incredible.

I would rather play Iowa at Kinnick in the 11:00am slot. This night game will give them a reason to have a rowdy home crowd because everyone down there will have a reason to get sloshed all day. Even though they won't be very good this year they'll still bring it for a primetime night game (the crowd), as opposed to an 11:00 game where the stadium wouldn't be full. So we'll get their best, and that'll be a better opportunity for them to upset us.

Hawaii at Wisconsin
By Nov. 14th Ferentz may be a dead man walking with a team that's quit on him.
I'm less excited about a Kinnick Stadium night game for the sole reason that it will be colder than cold there at 7pm on November 14th.
Guess I better prepare myself to attend my first game at Kinnick this year then
Is that really the best game that week? Yawn.

NONE of these games are the best games of the week. This announcement is for prime time games on BTN only. BTN NEVER gets the top game of the week. Some weeks BTN gets the 2nd best game, but usually it is the 3rd or 4th best and on down the line.
ABC/ESPN will announce prime time games soon. TCU, Michigan and OSU games are great candidates to show up there.
Exactly. I'm certain the Hawkeyes were thinking the Gophs were a team that had probably quit on both their fired coach and interim coach on a brutally cold night in November, 2010.Never count an opponent out.By Nov. 14th Ferentz may be a dead man walking with a team that's quit on him.
It's interesting that the BTN schedule didn't include TCU, I would guess that will mean ESPN will pick up the game. Hopefully we'll have a 7 or 8 pm start and the U will open the lots for tailgating at 2 p.m.
The average temperature range in Iowa City on Nov. 14 is a high of 51 and a low of 32. Unless it's an abnormally cold day, it should be between 35 and 40 at 7 pm.
I am hoping for a prime time game on Halloween at home vs Michigan.

Go Gophers!!
Here is the current list of games for October 31, 2015. Bleed, you may get your wish for a prime time game that evening. Try and find a game below that TV executives appealing. CBS will gobble up the Auburn-Ole Miss for their afternoon slot. After that... not much else.
