Bitter End Club is back

Mrs. Billd and I made it through Hail Minnesota.

Pretty bitter though.

Worse than USD because we had already had the USD experience.

More bitterness to come I fear.

"Hats off to Thee" to the other GHers in 212 who also partook in the bitterness.

Time to brush my teeth and gargle. Maybe a new day will dawn with Northwestern...

I was there. My wife thinks I'm an idiot. She's probably right. I can't help myself. I put myself through it again & again.

And I'll be there again next week....still with the belief that "this is the week that we turn this program around!" I'm a glutton for punishment, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

I'll admit to leaving early. It was only my 2nd early departure since becoming a season ticket holder in 1999. The other time was a night game too. I am not a late night guy so, I decided to go home and hit the pillow. If Mrs. GoGophersRah had been there instead of my buddy, we would have stayed to the end - she's more of a trooper than me.

Sill, my record stays at something like:
Stayed to the bitter end: 86 games
Left early: 2 games

I can live with that.
