Per Carter:

6. PJ Fleck, Minnesota

Somewhat quietly, P.J. Fleck built Minnesota into a consistently good team in the Big Ten West. Over the last three full seasons, the Golden Gophers have never won fewer than nine games, yet they rarely find themselves in conversations with the league’s flag bearers. So long as his teams fly under the radar, Fleck likely continues to sneak up on people as one of the more underrated coaches in the league. Having displayed his program-building skills both at Western Michigan and at the Power Five level, Fleck does not have much left to prove.

Go Gophers!!

Fair ranking I think. One-two more 9 win years and he'd be in the top 5 IMO...
