Two to 5 years of Head Coaching experience at the Division I College Level"

This place could use some perspective. Simply, trust Coyle and cheer on the U by donating, attending games or buying gear.
 


Just found it amusing. These job postings are meaningless but you would think they would write them so that the guy they hire would meet their preferred qualifications.
 



My personal experience is the hiring authority will do whatever it decides to do.

And your point is? He only has to meet the required qualifications to get the job.
